Privacy Policy

We do not publish any personal information until a person or institution becomes an SVN member. Members update their own listings on the website and have the choice to keep all or part of their information confidential. We do not share membership information with third parties other than the following:

Member contact information is published in the Service Providers Directory which is available to the public. For safety reasons the street address (physical location) is never listed in this directory, but basic contact information (member name, city, telephone and email) is listed.

There is a members only SVN Forum that makes available whatever information the member has entered in their profiles on the website.

When we receive inquiries about the availability of Supervised Visitation/Access services in a given location, we respond with member agency name, city, telephone and/or email addresses only. Physical locations are not given.

Questions about this policy may be emailed to Joe Nullet, Executive Director
